 Return Window

·Customers may apply for a return within 14 days of receiving their order.  

·Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return.  

 

Return Conditions

Products eligible for return must meet all of the following conditions:  

·The returned item must be in brand‑new, unused condition (never flipped, adjusted, etc.).  

·Include all original packaging, labels, certificates, and accessories.  

·Please note that returns not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.  

 

Non‑Returnable Items

·Custom engraved or personalized products  

·Promotional, clearance, or items marked as “Final Sale”  

·Free gifts or complimentary items  

·Failed deliveries or lost packages due to incorrect address information  

·Customers are responsible for any errors entered in the shipping address. In such cases, we will not resend or issue a refund. We recommend customers review and confirm their shipping address after placing an order. For address changes, please contact us immediately for adjustment. If the package has already been shipped, we suggest contacting the local delivery company once it arrives to redirect it to the correct address.  

 

Return Process

2. Provide the order number, photos of the item, and the reason for return.  

3. Once return authorization is granted, we will discuss the return address with you.  

4. Ship the item back to the designated address.  

 

Return Shipping Costs

·Returns due to product quality issues or shipping errors: shipping costs are covered by us.  

·Returns for personal reasons (dislike, wrong size, etc.): shipping costs are borne by the customer.  

·We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.  

 

Restocking Fee

·A 15% restocking fee will be charged for returns not due to quality issues, covering inspection, repackaging, and inventory management.

·Depending on your bank or payment institution, it may take an additional 3‑10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.  

 

Refund Amount

·Item price (minus any applicable restocking fee).  

·Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the error was ours.

Partial Refund Scenarios

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

Exchanges

Cancellation Before Shipment

·A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5‑7 business days.  

 

Cancellation After Shipment

·Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.  

·You may refuse the package or apply for a return according to our Return Policy.  

·For refused orders, refunds will be issued after deducting round‑trip shipping costs once the package is returned.  

 

Custom Order Cancellation

·Customized or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.  

·Custom orders include engraving services, special specifications, personalized packaging, etc.  

·Please carefully confirm all custom details before placing your order.  

 

Cancellation Initiated by Us

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:  

·Item out of stock or unable to be supplied on time.  

·Incomplete or inaccurate order information.  

·Payment information verification failure.  

·Detection of fraudulent or suspicious transactions.  

·Undeliverable shipping address.  

·Violation of our sales terms.
