Shipping policy

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Time

International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on the destination), with 7–15 business days typically for the United States and Europe.  

 

THOMASBALISONG does not guarantee shipping times. We will make every effort to ship within the timeframes indicated on the website; however, delays may occur due to circumstances including but not limited to customer verification, declined credit cards, restricted items, legal prohibitions, product unavailability, and other force majeure factors.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are automatically calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and order amount.  

Free shipping will be provided for orders over $115, excluding shipping fees and taxes.

 

Shipping Regions

We currently ship from a warehouse in China and support both domestic and international delivery. Additional shipping time may be required for some remote regions.  

If you find that your region is not available for purchase, please contact us anytime at info@thomasbalisong.com. We would be happy to evaluate the possibility of shipping to your location.

 

Package Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check your package status on the corresponding courier’s website. If you do not receive a confirmation email with tracking information, please contact us at info@thomasbalisong.com and provide the correct order number. Without an order number, we may not be able to locate your order via email.

Customs and Import Duties  

Based on customer feedback to date, only Brazil and Turkey require customs duties. No duties are required for countries other than Turkey and Brazil.

 

Delivery Issues 

If your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, or if you encounter any issues during shipping, please contact us at info@thomasbalisong.com and we will assist you in resolving the matter.

 

Special Notice 

Since our products include knife-related items, some countries and regions may have import restrictions on such goods. Please confirm that your location permits the receipt of these products before placing an order. If delivery is not possible due to legal restrictions in the destination country, we will contact you to discuss a solution.
